this track was a very last minute live song that was never meant to be recorded. this was written right after the murder of Dimebag Darell Abbott and was written with his tragic loss in mind. This was recorded live at Will's Pub for the christmas holiday Season's Beatings showcase around that time- a very personal, very angry song
lyrics
finally settled my M.O.- peaceful people are no good-
I can feel you screaming- your mind's enraged- that's the point of
living- the water you crave
what do you see, when you feel me living in the light?
what are you feeling out past your boundary lines?
please believe me, I'm no 'deader' but I see them as the cry at night
we bleed for you, see though, shine you as you wake a wave.
we float on lost, hold on let you mind explode and you'll wake a wave
break! wave!
whether you know when, keep time-
whether you know how, don't stand in line
then you'll beat up the sun to change the day
pass the time away high
we plead to you, peace is nothing but the words you choose on your
knees. yah! yah!
you're free to bleed all your mind can read,as you beat me when i call
you on your fine disease. won't you please, oh, please, oh whoa...
you need to feed, concede, release the wave...
(dedicated to all those who've been violently taken)
